2.   What other stories can you think of that need to be told, or are just now being told, to honor those who have excelled or succeeded in obscurity because of racism, sexism or other prejudice?

    1.My reaction to the trailler is that it is a good movie and it shows in a way what black women had to struggle with getting a job because nobody thought they were smart.
    2.they shkuld make a movie of the hallucast but showing what the people went threw and how they escaped and ebertthung and explaining why hiter chose them.

    1. I am proud of what African American women have done to earn recognition in the country and be better than men.
    2. The Straight Outta Compton movie has shown racism but the group succeeded and excelled through all the discrimination.

    2.) I think stories that deserve to be told are those who are brave enough to come out and talk about what they did to fight for their rights.

    1.] I am eager to she this story cause knowing anything about our history is good and i would like to know what it was like trying to earn a living back then and the hardships they went through

    2.] The story of slavery because that just shows racism and shows what African Americans went through back then and also because slavery was a huge problem back then and it made living very difficult for African Americans

    1. I think its messed up that this is a hidden part of American history since they had such a huge impact and should properly be credited. Then again this was America back then wasn't perfect still isn't. Without them i am 100% sure America wouldn't be able to still be America today. At the end of the day I am kind of happy since they now have the credit and were honored by having a movies about this situation.
    2.I honestly can't think of anything specifically because most of the things that I have heard were hidden but are pretty open today. I do know that today there are ton of obscurities that will never ever be told since its just lost. I can only hope to hear about the ones that are lost, eventually so they can get the credit and get the honor that they deserved and longed for.

    1- My reaction is that i dont really care to be honest because it doesnt relate to my personal life but it is progressive towards black and colored rights so it does kinda relate to me since i'm a minnority. So it should be exiting on my part since i'm a minor in a white mans world.
    2-Tobe real the truth of everything will probably never be revealed beause people who are successful throughout history always block out the ideas of those who don't have enough power to put out the real truth. might seem like im babbling but throughout history even the us blocks out real events causethey won the war.-ikjot

    1. When i watched this trailer I was happy because the movie tells people about a part of African-American history that did not get that much recongnition.
    2.The Martin Luther King Jr. story has to be told because he went through a lot of racisms , prejudice people , and segregration to get equality for everyone.

    I have a very good reaction to this because it shows that as time progressed African American women gained more power to have better jobs and be more successful...
    I feel that people of former slave masters stories should be told and how they escaped those harsh environments to go to the north and live a better life

    1. My reaction is anticipation by seeing the trailer makes me have certain standards for the film.
    2. They should make a movie of W.E.B Dubois because he believed that people with African American decent should be equal so it would be cool to see him try to battle inequality.

    2.I think Rosa Park's story needs to be elaborated upon a bit more because she was very courageous and deserves recognition.

    1) This story makes me feel inspired. Many African-American activists get recognition for helping make a change in society, and although that is most definitely important, this story shows that African-Amercians fought their own battles against society in their everyday personal lives. The fact that this movie has to do with brains and intelligence is what shocked me the most.
    2) In my opinion, the only way we would know if something was untold is if somebody were to share it. You never know what's hidden until it's revealed unto you, so I don't know what stories haven't been told yet. However, I would like to see more war related behind the scenes movies.

    My reaction to this was that I think it's a good thing to show things like this so everyone can see what African American woman had to go through to get things like a job. I can't think of a story or something that's untold. But I do think a lot of things and others point of view will be a little different on certain things if a lot of people didn't hide their stories.

    1. My reaction is normal , or basically no emotion because they don't always talk about some African American people in history besides Malcolm X , MLK , etc .

    2. Movies that need to be made is movies about the 1960s African American movements or about African American groups such as Black Panthers .

    1). my reaction to this entire movie was very intriguing to see that it was hard for women, and what they had to go though to feel equal in this world. Also, the trailer made me feel happy to see them evolve and grow to strong hardworking women today.
